Well, here I am. Jumping onto the pumpkin everything train. I can't help myself! Every year, when Fall comes around, I simply must make pumpkin recipes. The rich, smooth flavour is so comforting and of course, delicious. Pumpkin also has nutritional benefits such as containing potassium and vitamin A
For me, pumpkin muffins are a must. They make a wonderful snack and can be part of a delicious breakfast (think pumpkin muffin crumbled into plain yogurt - YUM!).
