As many of you know, I am a strong supporter of intuitive eating. I believe most of us are born with the natural ability to determine what our body needs. However, through disordered eating or dieting, we often disconnect from our body and lose this ability.
In my work with clients, I often introduce the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, based on the work of Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. If you haven't read their book "Intuitive Eating", you need to add it to your book list (I'm not the only one who has one... right?).
